Mirjam
After studies in Hotel & Restaurant business and Management in Freiburg, Germany, Mirjam worked for two years in the hotel industry in Germany before moving to Paris, France, where she worked for the Accor Hotel Group.
In 1994 she moved to the USA and worked as Maitre' D for "Amnesia" Restaurant and as Manager at "La Voile Rouge", in South Beach Miami. She moved to New York in 1996, was Bartender/Maitre' D at "Ici" restaurant, then Assistant Manager at "La Goulue" and Manager at "Orienta" restaurant. Then, Mirjam worked as Manager of the lounge at "Le Colonial" restaurant.

Thierry
Thierry holds a Marketing and Communications Degree from the University of Montpellier (France). He co-owned and managed a Public Relations company for 10 years, while managing 4 outlets of a restaurant group in Montpellier.
He then worked for the Human Resources Department of a Computer company, before joining a Travel Film Production company for 5 years, and produced films for the promotion of the Southwest region of France.
He moved to New York in 2007 to join the Cuis'In team.
Thierry has a passion for gastronomy.
