I roamed the world with a passion for life, people, and food.
I studied in Germany Hotel & Restaurant Business and Management and started right there.
In France, I joined one of the greatest hotel corporation in the world, the Accor Hotel Group.
When I moved to the United States in 1994, I first called South Miami Beach my home, became a Maitre D’ at AMNESIA and a Manager at LA VOILE ROUGE.
Two years after, I was ready for New York and its demanding, sophisticated lifestyle. I love to think I did all:

In 2007, I was ready for serving New Yorkers “my way” and launched Cuis’In.
