About Our Founder: Mirjam
A travel of flavors and experience. From Freiburg Germany to Paris France, and finally Miami and New York, USA. From a dream of a career in the hospitality industry in 1994 to launching Cuis’In in 2007.
She roamed the world with a passion for life, people, and food.
She studied Hotel & Restaurant Business Management in Germany.
In France, joined one of the greatest hotel corporations in the world:
The Accor Hotel Group.
When Mirjam moved to the United States in 1994, she first called South Miami Beach her home. There became a Maitre D’ at AMNESIA's Fine Dining Restaurant and later a Manager at LA VOILE ROUGE.
After two years she was ready for New York and its demanding, sophisticated lifestyle.
